Battery replacement timing?

Does anyone have experience getting the battery system replaced on their Ioniq 5? I bought a 2025 in March, and on June 22nd got a battery error (P0B6D00), and it wouldn’t charge when I got home. I took in to the dealership the next day. The dealership took some time recreating issue and the tech line told them to replace the cell monitoring unit. When the dealership put in the new unit, it triggered the previous error 3 times. On July 27th, the tech line was approved to order a whole new battery system. Now I’m waiting on the new battery system but I’ve been told that battery system orders for a specific manufacturing period (which my car falls into) are on hold. My car has been at the dealership since I brought it on June 23rd, and I was wondering how long people have waited for battery replacements.

Just some datapoints for op and others in the same situation. I brought mine in knowing I had issues with cell 132 as it was reading around 0.12v deviation and every other cell were all within a couple mv. Brand new I5N that sat in the dealership showroom for about 10 months before I picked it up. Driven 1300km before HV issue. I'm in Quebec, Canada.

8/22 bought the car
9/1 check electric vehicle system (P1AD300)
9/11 dealership appointment
10/1 HyTAC/dealership acknowledge dead cell and needs a new module and BMU.
10/7 dealership called back saying a whole BSA had been ordered and picked up from the port by the transport company and should be at the dealership next week.

Did they not keep it on a charger? Or was just a random defect
Fortunately, my dealer does provide a loaner (it's just not as nice as a car as what I bought, and I'm on my 3rd one, and finally got an Ioniq 6 instead of a gas car). I entered a case with Hyundai corporate, but basically that got punted to legal once I hired a lawyer and now they won't talk to me (I've tried calling multiple times to get information or anything and just get referred to legal, which is a PO box).
Oh yeah they won't talk because of that, I didn't go that route, but Hyundai did fairly compensate me, it's the only reason I kept the car.

I wish I wouldn’t have gotten a lawyer. It’s made this whole process take longer (I kept hounding the lawyer to follow up with Hyundai and once they did, I finally got an offer) and Hyundai did offer a buyback, but Hyundai didn’t cover all the lawyer fees (so I would have been out $3k). It’s just still going through the legal process (waiting on the settlement check) so corporate won’t talk to me.
