The backup camera on my Ioniq 5 is comically useless in the rain. We're not talking a bit bleary, or minor distortion. What I see in the backup view is full on Jackson Pollack abstract.
This is the third vehicle I've owned with a backup camera, and the prior two showed some distortion in the rain, but nothing near as bad as this. Anyone had any success making this better?
I searched the forum, and found this mentioned in a thread from 2023, and was about to commit thread necromancy, but the system suggested that was too old, and I should start a new thread. So, here we are, and I'm hoping we have better solutions, now. Back then, the only thing reported to have some success was something like Rain-X, but that had mixed results.
