We're looking at a used Ioniq 5 as an option for our next car. One issue we have is that our home has no mobile/cell signal. To confirm, garage/parking/garden has no mobile signal whatsoever on any network. None.
So, we need a car that we can communicate with using the app via wifi only. This is so we can check range levels, charging progress, pre heat / cool etc.
Our Tesla does this, and our neighbours Volvo does this fine via wifi only - but not all cars do.
Has any owner experienced the same with the Ioniq 5, or can anyone confirm with total certainty that this is possible please?
