My Ioniq has stopped charging my S7 Edge for some reason. When I put it on the pad nothing happens - I've checked it's switched on in the instrument panel, so all is fine there. The phone did have an update to Android 7.01 last week, but I think this may be a coincidence as it still works fine with my other two wireless chargers. I wonder if it could have developed a fault in some way.

At a loss to explain it and nothing I try works. Any ideas out there?

mine works fine, do you have another device you can check the charger in the car

you mention an update to you phone, silly question the update didn't turn off wireless charging on your phone? or have you taken the back off and the contacts for the wireless charging loop not lined up?

Weird thing is it still works fine with my two other wireless chargers. So that rules out the update switching the wireless charging off, I guess. I don't know anyone with a qi device so will have to think laterally on this.
