Interesting I contacted the same email and Cathryn there told they don’t deal with tech issues and suggested mapNsoft. I had also Submitted a ticket on the software update page and that is being handled by mapNsoft in the US, though there is Korean script for the name of the email account. I have passed on to mapNsoft that others had the issue resolved through Bluelink help. No response to that….Yes, same here. It was 100% a Bluelink issue. That said, Customer Relations at Hyundai Canada, [email protected] resolved it for me.
