Hi everyone,

This is my first time leasing a car, so please excuse me if I’m not asking this the right way. Could you let me know if this sounds like a good deal for a 2025 Hyundai IONIQ 5 lease?

  • Lease term: 24 months / 12,000 miles per year
  • Monthly payment: $167–$187
  • Due at signing: $4,000
  • MSRP: $52,470
  • Dealer (FitzWay) price: $49,470
  • Rebates: $17,400
  • Adjusted cap cost: $30,492.71
  • Residual value: $29,907.90
  • Dealer processing fee: $799
  • Government fees: $397
  • Lease acquisition fee: $650
I’d really appreciate any advice or perspective from those more experienced with leases. Thanks in advance!
What spec Ioniq 5? SE, SEL, Ltd? AWD or RWD?

Do the "Due at signing" and "Monthly payment" include all fees, taxes etc? If not get the totals including everything (fees, taxes, etc).

Why $167 - $187? Different trim levels?

Are you OK with 12k miles a year. Going over will get expensive.

Don't know where you live, but check this out. Stevenson Hyundai

$999 down, $99 (plus tax) per month. 24 month with 12k miles per year. don't know residual.
Yes our dealer offers similar online specials. However, as above, you need to check what the actual offer is including taxes, fees, etc.

When we leased our 2025 Ioniq 6 SEL RWD in April the online offer looked almost too good to be true ($2000 down and $169 a month for 24 months 12k miles a year), but once taxes, fees etc were added it didn't looked so good. In the end after about a week of negotiation (by text) we got what I think is a good deal (still $2000 down and $228 a month including taxes, fees etc) and one we were comfortable to take. We got the $2000 down payment back from our local CCA so the lease is effectively $228 a month.
