Someone please make these rear window louvers! This really completes the retro cyber punk vibe! Im tired of seeing all these cheap bottom of the barrel ebay level aftermarket products for the Ioniq 5. Someone needs to get serious and make real mods that dont feel like they would be found in the car section of the dollar store. 😒 if any of you call yourself real product upgrade/mod providers you would make products that have substance. Body kits like fender flares to get wider wheels, air bag suspension kits, rear tail light LED kit that allows you to make custom messages in the unused pixels, etc.. no one is being creative and/or doing real mods.. this Diaso level of mods available now for the Ioniq 5 is f'n pathetic 😑 step up your game aftermarket suppliers/manufacturers!

After buying some of your products, I'm going to pass going forward. They seem to be cheap items that don't last. My experiences:

  • I got a black center armrest protector for my white interior and it stained the armrest with black dye. Very disappointed.
  • I got the liners for the storage spaces, and the white paint on the black rubber is already chipping off after just a few months of normal use.

Rear seat cup holders for when the rear drivers side seat is folded down.

Way to add additional cupholders to the center console.
Only if you like this kind of stuff, and you forgot to add in my opinion... Cheers!

+1 for the rear window louvers.

Love the look and might help a little with keeping the window a little more clean.
ok, we will work on this design and make a 3D-printed sample and start a poll then.
it might be a quite expensive product, we definitely need some pre-order to start this project

I like this thread. I saw that you have a protector for the trunk sill but wanted to know if you can make one for the entire trunk interior, specifically around the wheel well and the back trunk door.

I saw custom cutouts on GMarket, but shipping from South Korea to the US literally doubles the price.

I put my e-bike in the trunk, so I don’t want to mark up the walls if it bumps or moves.

There is one available on ebay as well, but I think Best EvMod would have better quality.

hmm, thank you for the suggestion, unfortunately we currently dont have a plan for that area.

Purchased 4 BestEvMod items a few months ago (finally got around to installing them) and I this is my thoughts on them.

Armrest storage box organizer. 5/5 Stars
Not much to say other than it's functional and fits great.

Center console lower storage box panel cover. 3/5 Stars
Automotive tape used is too thin and did not work for me. Purchased some 1/4" 3M automotive tape and it sticks much better.
Had to use my plastic deburr tool to make the door flap open and close without sticking.
Not sure how long the door will last as it seems a bit cheap.
Decent once issues are fixed.

LHD Screen side mesh panel black wrap. 4/5 Stars
Feels like some of the overlap where the stitching is, is too thick and does not allow the plate to fully seat into the clips.
Other than that, looks great.

Gloss Black-LHD Bezel only. 1/5 Stars
At $68CAD, I had high hopes for this but I was very disappointed with this one.
Bezel is not cut properly and I have white glass showing in the rounded corners and along the bottom.
This one did not cover the screen and I can see the cutaway areas collecting dust like crazy.
Along the top, you can see the plotter cut marks and looks jagged.
Should have gone with the one that covers the full screen without the cutouts.
Probably would not buy again.
Wish Hyundai would have given us the option to have it black from the factory.

Almost a year since I installed the Bestevmod Morse code emblem (front and back) on my i5. After receiving a less than perfect product, I was sent another one that was slighly better but not on par with the asking price. Full disclosure: I did get a full refund from Bestevmod so that's nice of them.

Still, the emblem is of really poor quality. Here's a picture taken yesterday of the front emblem (still wet from rain). As you can see, black paint has chipped very badly. Winter may be harsh here in Quebec but still that's no excuse for a 65 $ product.

I'm not encline to remove it, as it is not an easy process. But I can't let that emble as is neither, it's not good looking. I'll try and apply a black vinyl over it...

I sure would have wanted to know that before installing, that's why I'm sharing this with you.

And yes, I did see the paint chip missing.
