I am just about to spec an Ioniq 5 to replace my Toyota Prius hybrid. I intend to go for the larger battery Ultimate but do I need, or benefit from, a heat pump. The car will mainly be doing short journeys around the city of Norwich. TIA for your expert advice. Garry
