Some suggestions

I have enjoyed this forum for a month now. I am a member of another vehicle brand forum and it has some features that would be helpful on this forum. First, it would be helpful if the members vehicle model and year were posted in their information area. Secondly, it would be nice to receive an email that another member has posted in a discussion you have posted in. That is all for right now.

you can get a notification I believe if you subscribe to a thread

click on "thread tools" above the first post on a page to get the drop down

then click "subscribe"

we do encourage people to add their vehicle details in their signature, as well as their rough location in their profiles as it make providing support much easier if we know the vehicle they drive and the country they are in

Thanks. But one has to click on "garage" to see vehicle info. Would be nice if it were listed under their photo.

You can put your car info in the signature, like most do here.

Here is what I am talking about: Copied from the left column of a post on another forum. That forum uses the same basic setup as this forum.

If I could make a suggestion for the forum -

I used to spend time on a forum for RC helicopters. One thing i liked about that forum was that if I had posted a message to a thread then that thread would show a little icon next to it in the listing. I liked this feature because it made it really easy to see in the list of threads which ones I should check on. Sometimes if I post in a thread the other person might not reply for several days, or I might not be able to check back the next day. Displaying an icon next to the threads that I am participating in would be helpful.

It'd be hard to find anything bad about it
