We will anonymize the accounts and remove personal information but the posts will remain. This will protect the integrity of the site, database and ensure the continuity of threads and postings.

the problem with deleting all posts made by a member means that it can make threads confusing by removing possibly key content / information, but we can't remove quoted posts so you can never be certain of removing all content

you have to review a whole thread and edit it post by post to do it in a way so as to keep the thread relevant and readable, this is time consuming with even a small number of post, and impossible for longer term members
