I know this thread is a year old but I'm also a Motability customer. I went to the dealer today to sort out the Motability part of the order (car was actually ordered in January) and I said to the guy "I suppose I'll have to buy some mats" to which his reply was "No, I'll throw some in". Result!

On a side note, He was clicking away on his computer when he suddenly said "Oh!" and turned the screen to show me the message "This customer is ineligible to join the scheme as they are undergoing a reassessment for PIP" (I have it ongoing to be reviewed in 2027!

Then after a couple of minutes,he said "stand down, I ticked the wrong box."

I wonder if that's why he decided to throw in the mats!

I bought this brand from here, (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Luxury-Car-...dai+ioniq+mats) but had to return them after less than one month of usage as the part where the driver right foot heel rests, became quickly worn off with a visible indentation. So based on my own experience and opinion they are very poor quality and no better than a cheap £12-£14 ones.

I am now looking to buy the Ioniq original ones.
